Privacy Policy

SoulForged Cases is a small independent shop operated by Susan Tower-Camp in Greenville,
South Carolina, selling printed phone cases and related accessories.
Who this policy covers
This policy describes how we handle information in connection with our shop and our own
social media accounts. We are a one-person business. We do not operate a public app,
platform, or service that other people sign up for.
Information we collect
Orders.
Our products are sold through Etsy. When you buy from us, Etsy collects your
name, shipping address, and contact details, and shares with us only what we need to
fulfil your order. Payment card details are handled entirely by Etsy — we never see or
store them. Etsy's own privacy policy governs that information and is available at
etsy.com/legal/privacy.
Personalized products.
Some of our cases are customised with a name, initials, or an
image you upload, such as a pet photo or a child's drawing. We use that content only to
produce and ship your order. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we
do not share it with anyone except the print partner producing your item.
Social media.
We publish our own product images to our own Pinterest, Instagram, and
Facebook accounts. We do not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to other
users of those platforms. Any developer API access we hold is used solely to publish our
own content to our own accounts.
Website.
Our website may collect standard, anonymous traffic statistics such as page
views. It does not require an account and does not collect personal information.
How we use information
Only to fulfil and ship orders, respond to customer messages, handle returns or problems,
and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share information with
Our print and fulfilment partners, strictly so they can produce and ship your order.
Etsy, as the platform through which sales are made. Shipping carriers, to deliver your
parcel. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for
advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and business records. Uploaded images
for personalised products are deleted once the order is complete and the return window
has closed.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to
delete it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep. Contact us and we will
respond.
Children
Our products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information
from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
